2. Expertise with PHP 5 and object oriented development.
3. Experience with software architecture modeling, including UML.
4. Expertise with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) including data modeling and schema management.
5. Experience with NoSQL and non-relational databases (Riak, Lucene, Cassandra, MongoDB)
6. Experience building REST based web services.
7. Experience with asynchronous messaging (message bus, ESB, RabbitMQ, ZeroMQ) integration.
8. Technical mastery of client-side web user interface development technologies including JavaScript, AJAX, DOM, (X)HTML, CSS
9. Expertise
working in an open source environment, while comfortable with using
and integrating commercial tools and components.
10. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

· Experience
with and passion for quality-oriented software development best

and low-dependency architectures.
· Ability to hand-code all XHTML, CSS and JavaScript (no WYSIWYG editors or tools)

· Must

· Experience with version control systems, particularly distributed models including Mercurial and Git.

Led by professor Jamey Jacob, three teams of students outlined plans for Storm Penetrating Air Vehicles (SPAVs) that would penetrate thunderstorms, including the supercells that generate tornadoes, to collect vital meteorological data for better storm forecasting.
